There is no application fee and you can apply to as many homes as you'd need! That is one of the benefits for working with us.
Yes, we typically require applicants to earn at least 3x the monthly rent. You may combine income with co-applicants if necessary.
You will need first months rent, last month's rent, and 1 month security deposit. Sometimes landlords want your first months rent and 2 months security deposit. Whichever way its distributed it's almost always 3 months to move in.
Yes, we run a soft credit check to ensure you meet landlord or HOA credit requirements. While a perfect credit score isn’t necessary, we look for a history of on-time payments and responsible financial behavior.
Yes! If you’re self-employed, we’ll need your most recent tax returns or bank statements as proof of income.
Send your application to desired houses.
If application is approved then you sign the lease agreement.
Pay your first month’s rent into escrow.
Schedule your move-in date at which point you bring in the rest of the move in funds.
