<p style="text-align: left;">But At 2:52, there&#8217;s an important lesson: there is a huge disconnect between what many buyers are thinking and what the agent is thinking (wants). Many agents work with sub-par buyers and waste time trying to harvest a deal. This comes from two problems:</p>
<ol>
<li><span id="more-128"></span>Many agents don&#8217;t have a steady predictable source of consistent buyer leads. <strong>This causes agents to try to make something out of nothing with even the slightest hint of a buyer prospect.</strong> (this equal&#8217;s frustration and lost business.)</li>
<li>By not having a true buyer system, <strong>many agents &#8216;over-cater&#8217; and set the precedence of the relationship to be such that the buyer &#8216;expects&#8217; all kind of craziness</strong> &#8211; like in the video where the buyer said he&#8217;s looked at 3o+ homes (with absolutely no concern for the agent&#8217;s time.)</li>
</ol>
<p style="text-align: left;">Solve these problems by implementing a system for bringing in a consistent flow of leads. There are many ways to do this: 800 free recorded messages, Craigslist ads, direct response apartment marketing, etc.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Understanding that a steady flow of buyer leads solves many problems, we chose to use the most efficient medium for lead generation &#8211; the internet.
