		<description>I agree totally.  I realize that when I tell someone what I know, then I end up still knowing what I know.  But, if I listen to what you know, then I know what I know AND what you know.  But, listening is the hardest thing for a professional to do.  And the second hardest, is asking open-ended questions.  Good post!</description>
