The company is the creation of Eric Pointer, Luke Petty & Todd Waller. All are practicing, active agents working daily “in the trenches”. And unlike most other popular real estate trainers, we actually practice what we preach every day.

Eric is a Ranked in the top 1% of all agents nationwide. Between 2008 and 2009 - arguably the worst years in real estate ever – using the cutting-edge systems we sell, he sold 143  non-REO homes and earned a high six figure income while working fewer than 40 hours per week. He has been selling homes for 15 years and has plenty of old school hard knocks know-how. Luke is a real estate Broker, author, guest seminar speaker, and former RE/MAX sales manager with 12 years of real estate experience. Early on Luke could foresee that the internet was going to change how real estate would forever be done . As such, he began putting a massive amount of money, time and effort to learn about direct response internet marketing to stay ahead of the coming curve. He took this knowledge, applied it to real estate, and created a cutting edge lead generation system that runs on autopilot. The results have been the ability to generate a flood of leads that automatically appear in the inbox every day all for pennies on the dollar. A steady flow of customers is the life blood of any business and Luke’s system is as good as it gets at delivering just that.
